Lynn and Pele, two military officers stationed in a quiet, uneventful town, spend their days keeping the peace in this sleepy backwater. One day, they cross paths with an odd pudding vendor whose appearance strikes them as oddly familiar. Something about the man's face nags at them—until it hits them: he bears an uncanny resemblance to Ace, the notorious figure plastered across wanted posters. The encounter leaves the officers suspicious and uneasy, wondering if this harmless-looking peddler could truly be the legendary outlaw.
