S4E4 State of Bam

In this episode, Bam hatches a wild plan to sail a car on water. When the local authorities reject his proposal, he takes matters into his own hands and declares the creation of his own mini-state. As usual, the adventure is filled with plenty of hilarious antics, pranks among friends, explosive shenanigans, and, of course, Vito's antics.
