The daily happenings of a family-owned pawn shop in Chicago are captured on camera. In the first episode, an $80,000 ring disappears, sparking a round of accusations among the staff. At the same time, a frustrated customer loses her temper and escalates her complaint to management. Additionally, an employee sets out to verify the authenticity of signed photos from astronauts that have just been brought in.
