Officers in Mesa investigate reports of a driver behaving erratically on the road. Meanwhile, in Virginia Beach, a familiar face arrives intoxicated, accompanied by two young women who are oddly excited to experience jail for the first time. Over in Modesto, a man arrested for road rage gets into a heated argument with his girlfriend over whether she should post his bail.
