Following a night of dancing at the club Babylon with Michael, Emmett, and Ted, Brian hooks up with an attractive guy named Justin. However, he dismisses Justin's efforts to reconnect afterward. Meanwhile, Michael finds romance too, bringing home a handsome stranger, but their night takes an unexpected turn when Brian rushes in with news: Lindsay and Melanie have welcomed a baby boy named Gus, prompting a trip to the hospital to celebrate the new arrival.
